“I was told by another local tire shop ( which I had been using for years) that I was going to have to replace roughly $2,000 in front end parts on my truck so that a wheel alignment could be done. That didn’t sound right to me so I declined their service. I was referred to Mavis in Gardener by a friend, so I took my truck there. Chet and his team were honest with me and got my alignment done for around $100. That honesty goes a long way with me! Because of their honest service I had them order and install 4 new tires for me. I will continue to go there for service from now on.

“I’ve been a proud customer of Brookside for almost 6 years now! Billy and his crew are always amazing. Sam at the front desk is also always kind and helpful on the phone. Going above and beyond for their customers, friendly and respectful they’re my favorite! Always within ear shot to at bare minimum give you an idea of what could be going on in a pinch. As a young woman I have never felt blindsided as Billy always explains what exactly is going on and what he is doing to fix it, that treatment is hard to find at car shops. Their pricing is exactly fair, also usually such a quick turn around to get your car back :)”
“This place is very good. The staff are very friendly and they are FAST! I was out in 35 minutes. All except for the alignment. I had to schedule that since there's only one machine and they're backed up.
As for the price I paid, since the tariffs are in effect, even they said it's not fair for any of us. Tires are expensive. But still I felt they tried to get me the best deal & worked within my budget.
I didn't have to wait for the tires to be ordered, they were in stock. I feel safe driving with new tires, even though I don't drive everyday. Knowing they're new is the best feeling.”

“Just the best wheel and tire shop. I don't live anywhere near Phil's but I ordered Michelin PS4Ss mounted on KE Motorsports T12s for my E36 M3 street car. They communicated with me at every stage of the process, and shipped my order faster than I would have imagined possible.
I'm now looking for excuses to order more stuff from them just because the Phil's team is so great to work with.

Was aĺl done in about 1/2 hour, and all for about $40.

“Recently had my starter replaced on an old Nissan Frontier. I had to have it towed to the location and they promptly called me with an estimate. Between that first call and the second call to come pick it up had to be under 2 hours. (That time includes ordering the part as well) They work really fast and are very clear about the work that needs to be done.
In addition to this car we take our other cars for routine inspections and oil changes and are completely please with the service.”

“I can see why now this Mavis has such high ratings. The kindness I experience was truly awesome. My car basically died on me and I had to have to towed to this location. JP was super kind when I dropped off the car as he probably saw I was freaking out a bit. He gave me a run down of what they would try to do to figure out what was wrong with my and I left feeling calm. Dillon called me the next day and explained what was going on with my car. I asked him to explain to me in layman’s terms which he proceeded to do in a very kind manner. Dealing with car troubles is never fun but when you’re dealing with kind people it helps alleviates the stress! Thank you both again!”
