“Howard was very knowledgeable about their furniture. We pretty much had the selection of sofa beds narrowed down already as we had looked online first but there was an issue at our house regarding the width of two doors which was resolved right at the store as the feet of the sofa can be removed for delivery. The sale was smooth and quick. I Highly Recommend Shopping Here At This Location.”

“My fiancé and I went to Ashley’s looking for a sectional in December of 2023 and fell in love with a couch with help from Jess. We wanted to wait until we closed on the house we were in the process of buying. That didn’t happen as quick as we thought and set us back to March of 2024 to move in. We came back to Ashley’s to see Jess again and to purchase the couch we fell in love with only to be disappointed that Ashley’s had discontinued the couch in the color we wanted. Jess and Brad were determined to help us find a different couch that was similar. Jess and Brad were very patient with us and listened to what we wanted and knew their inventory very well but we still had our hearts set on the first couch we had picked. They both went above and behind and pulled some strings that got us the configuration we needed in that discontinued color! We are so appreciative and grateful for them both and will be returning in the near future to furnish the rest of our home with the help from Jess and Brad from Ashley’s in Middletown!”

“Oh my! The lady was so nice and gracious: had the name JEHOVAH proudly displayed! Had so much varieties of FUFu flour, dried fish, goat meat, tripe of beef, and all sorts of dried plant leaves, hibiscus blossoms and PLENTY of goodies. I got everything I needed even a nice beaded necklace for my grandson and waist beads for my daughter. I will be back. Thank you Umbrella Grace!”

“Julie at front desk made my experience here horrible. I ordered a sectional couch here for delivery this Saturday I rushed to sell my old couch pretty much gave it away to make room for new one. she messed up the delivery forgot to put me on list and one excuse after the next never called back and said she was only there a month. I straightened it out with our salesman she just has this lax don't care attitude so my family is sitting on the floor till Monday oh well. Spent tens of thousands here over the years they have the best furniture. (I changed my review to five stars finally got our couch delivered excellent quality friendly delivery men blown away ) Worth the wait only place to buy will be back”
