“This is my go to for everything from makeup to vitamins and everything else in between. The staff there are phenomenal. You have Linda who really should be the town mayor, she always makes you feel as if she's been waiting for you all day, always kind and professional. Amanda showed great leadership and it pays off because her employees seems to like her. Jamie is great and Melba and the new commer whose name escapes me. And you cannot beat the value for your bucks. I am just a happy customer. I have been going to this riteaid for the last nine years and I had never had a bad experience. It's like my Cheers. Everybody knows my name and remember to ask about my son and my well-being. Cannot say enough good thing about that place”

“I've been recommended to use Middletown pharmacy from a close friend. The first time I've used this pharmacy, which has been the only time thus far, was the exact experience that their profile explains and claims to be. I was there at the time of opening, and had quite a large amount of prescriptions to be filled which also had been called in late the night before. Not only were they filled rather quickly but they also had in stock two medications that are hard to find, one being a brand name medication that's extremely difficult to find at even large corporation pharmacies. So from this first experience I have had a spectacular great impression.”

“I recently became a member here and so far, I've enjoyed that membership. I can definitely see how someone might get carried away here to the point where they're not saving THAT much money - but if you're smart with the items you buy, it's absolutely a steal over the regular grocery stores - especially right now. I've been here three times so far in the past month or so, and each time it's been mostly well stocked, always clean and organized, and the associates I've encountered have been friendly, polite and helpful. I haven't paid much attention to any of the fresh produce, meat etc since I am focused on stocking up on non perishable items in bulk, though we did try their bake shop cookies recently and they were quite good :) Overall, I'm happy with this Sam's so far. The only things I'd change are the cramped parking lot (when it's busy it's tricky driving through here) and the long lines at check out. I do have to give credit though, they have a good amount of self check outs which, when I've been, have all been in working order, and do make checkout faster if you don't mind scanning your own things.”
“I would just like to say that the pharmacist at Walgreens in Chester, Miss Stephanie and her staff there are wonderful, helpful and kind people. I am a Disabled Veterans. Who has undergone over 30 procedures, and not because of my disability, but Miss Stephanie and the rest of the employees in that entire Walgreen are so caring and helpful, but not only to me I see how they speak and help everyone else that comes into their doors. Whoever writes a bad review often it’s because they are selfish and don’t really about anything but themselves I pray to God, that Miss Stephanie and all her coworkers will always be there, not only for me, but the rest of us who come to the Walgreens in Chester please take care of them. Please help them in every way you can. They are very deserving. I love them all with my heart and pray for them at night. Thank you. Have a good day.”
“We decided to use Sam's club to order our Christmas cards this year and paid for expedited 2 day shipping. After 4 days we had yet to receive our order and contacted Sam's club for resolution. We were advised the order was shipped that day and we would receive in a few days. For compensation they emailed us a $10 gift card to use at Walmart. Shipping was $12 and we get compensated with a $10 gift card to buy more things from them? What a horrible resolution to our complaint. However, I wish that was the last of our issues with this order. We received the order today and they shorted us 35 envelopes and spelled our family name wrong on all the cards! I sent them a message advising that we would not be utilizing their services in the future..which is the only thing I can do at this point. So..my original review was one star. However I am changing my review because of the following.I received a professional response via Yelp from a Sam's Club rep apologizing for the issue. I replied to the email trail I had going with their service department also explaining the problems with my delivered order. The rep replied advising I would receive a 100% refund for my order. I am very surprised on how fast their service department worked and was very happy with their proposed resolution. I am used to receiving horrible service from large companies and Sam's Club/Walmart is one of the biggest in the country. I am very impressed and would love if other companies would take as much pride in their service as Sam's club does.”
“I live in Pennsylvania and I did a pick up order. They substituted a supplement I ordered with a stronger and more expensive version at no additional cost. I liked that. While I was there, I got a box of Russell Stover chocolates on clearance which made me happy.”

“A lot of the bad reviews are due to CVS buying out the local Pharmacy: which was a wonderful personal store. I have found the local Pharmacist Kelly and Adriana very knowledgeable and helpful. The cost are actually less than the old Pharmacy. One complaint is the large bottles, which are literally 150% larger than standard. Which is a pain if you have multiple medications and need a lot of space to store the medications”

“4 star just for price... 1 star for everything else. The attendant does zero work. Should be out directing traffic for the people who can't see or read signs and lines. There is 1 way in and out but drives never look. It's a hot mess on the daily”
