If I would give them a zero I would have been trying for weeks to get an appointment for a recall, receptionist transfers me to service and no one picks up the phone, So when my car malfunctions and causes an accident because of a brake recall whi will be responsible? Love the car, but last jeep I will be getting unfortunately
