“Great service dept. I didn't buy my vehicle from them but it was a certified pre-owned Chrysler. Was having trouble with the transmission. They diagnosed it and replaced it free of charge (just paid a $100 deductible) under the warranty. From the time I first called them I told the time I got my vehicle back was under 3 weeks and part of that time included Christmas and New Year's. The staff was responsive and the service manager was easy to get in touch with. He communicated clearly through the process and returned calls promptly.”
