Jamil replaced one of the lightbulbs that was not working and the whole process was fairly quick. Overall great service. “Very happy with this Shell service station.
They helped my son out who had to go to farmingdale university and would have surely gotten a ticket for his expired inspection sticker. (They look for cars at the beginning of the month just like LIRR parking lots)
I called and they could not of been more helpful. Other stations wanted us to leave the car and wait at least a half a day no promises.
Really ! …. an inspection on a lower mileage new car and they all said sorry.
Ended up needing a minor fix and they did it fast and at a fair price.
They had other cars they were working on and prioritized him for a fast inspection.
Give them a try I truly believe you will be very satisfied.”

“My wheelchair van had a misfire while driving down the highway. I called other shops around the area and they refused to even look at my vehicle due to the fact it was modified for a wheelchair. I called Cherrywood auto repair and right away Told me to bring the Van in and they would have a Mechanic look at it. When I arrived within two minutes, the mechanic was able to tell me exactly what was wrong with it, and it would be fixed by Monday. Me being in a wheelchair I needed my vehicle to get back home and they said not a problem. They drove me home And took the vehicle for repairs Monday afternoon I called to get an update. They told me the vehicle was ready and that someone was coming to my house to pick me up and bring me to the shop. It’s the little things like this that makes me happy and I appreciate the professionalism of the staff and being able to get my vehicle fixed right away. I will from now on do all my Vehicle business Cherrywood Auto repair thank you to the staff for treating me like a human”
“I went to this mechanic about a week and a half ago got a full tuneup and my throttle body cleaned and this guy used all Motorcraft parts that are pacifically made for my vehicle and he was $350 cheaper than all mechanics that I went to this Mechanic is highly recommended he Is honest, and does all the work very quick would recommend Checking him out before just settling for one price at other locations”
“Jay Endelson was amazing when we went to go shopping for our 2026 Dodge Durango. We were having issues with our Jeep that was in the service department. Jay called and spoke to the service dept as if it were his car. When we decided to unexpected try car shopping , he assured us and took care of us like we were his family. It was truly unlike any car shopping experience we’ve ever had, in the best way. He even got us a car from a different dealership bc my husband wanted to test drive it.
