I first went to Rav's thanks to multiple Google reviews raving about the service, timeliness of diagnosis and repair, and superb care taken for all cars, with many mentions of their expertise with Mercedes (I drive a C300). Rav's is all of those things PLUS incredibly kind, patient, clear in communicating what's happening and why. Recently Rav helped process a major claim for over $4k in repairs needed - he took it on from start to finish, working directly w my warranty company AND organizing my car rental - i literally did nothing while my car was fixed, the warranty inspection & approval process totally managed by Rav ( And, I paid less than $1k! Just my deductible!). I can't recommend Rav, Raj and team enough. They are kind people expert at what they do. I am so grateful! they are right here in my neighborhood. #ShopLocal”

“I had an excellent experience with this autobody repair shop! I needed my passenger-side mirror completely replaced, and from start to finish, the entire experience was wonderful.
I initially spoke with the owner, Brian, who happened to be on vacation with his family. Even while away, he was incredibly helpful and encouraged me to bring my vehicle in so his team could take care of it. That level of customer service really stood out to me.
When I arrived, Andy greeted me kindly and helped escort my vehicle into the garage. He and Fernando worked together to complete the replacement, and they were both professional, efficient, and incredibly timely. The work was done perfectly, and I was back on the road without a long wait.
And an extra bonus: the owner’s dog was hanging out in the office! I got to give some pets to a very good boy while I waited, which definitely made an already great experience even better.
Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend this shop and will absolutely be coming back if I ever need autobody work again!

“I could not be more pleased with Geo Auto Collision. Chris was knowledgeable, attentive, and calm even as things almost got complicated with liability. He and his dad, Giovanni, took the time to explain the work that would be done on the car, which I really appreciated.
Everyone there was great. Jennifer at the front desk was kind and responsive, and the gentleman who drove me to pick up the rental car was also very nice and respectful.

Over the span of many years, Matt's experience and expertise have been invaluable to resolving any circumstance. His help has saved the day on multiple occasions, particularly as recently as last month when a snowplow clipped my son's car a day after he departed for army basic training-- rendering the car undrivable...
