“Decided to try out the two week trial. I’m currently on week one and I’ve been taking my classes with Saro so far and it’s been amazing. I feel like I’m working out my whole body but also getting help when I need it. Very attentive and helpful, you aren’t just left to do whatever, but there’s a structure and the coach is around constantly helping. The front desk was wonderful, sweet and explained everything. Great place to exercise and great people that work there!”

The programming is smart, balanced, and scalable to all levels. The coaches bring a great mix of technical knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine care for their members. The environment is positive, supportive, and motivating — something that’s hard to find and even harder to maintain.

Although I ultimately found that CrossFit isn’t the right long-term fit for my personal training style, I left Peak 180 with nothing but respect for the team and what they’ve built. It’s a top-tier facility for anyone looking to train hard, learn proper technique, and be part of a welcoming fitness community.”

“I took my first class very early one morning, so it was just me and one other person. This made the class feel very personal, and the instructor was able to train us on a better level. It was a 30 minute class that consisted of using the climber machine half the time and then doing light weight lifting the other half. I wasn't crazy about the machine because it was a bit too intense for me, but I enjoyed the other half of the class. The instructor was awesome and kept pushing us beyond what we thought we could handle. I don't think this is the type of studio I would buy a membership at, but I would buy some drop in classes.”

“I had THE BEST experience at this gym! I came in for a power snatch seminar with coach Ryan and coach Dom. They made this newbie feel so confident! I’ve never been able to do a power snatch before and they were so detailed and so patient. Coach Ryan videotaped me to help with my form, and Coach Dom was the perfect motivation buddy on that day. I’m not a member there, but they treated me like family. Will be back!”

“My name is Maria Bard and I have been a Healthtrax member at the Garden City facility, for some time. I have only words of gratitude for all the people working there. Everyone is nice, helpful and professional. My life has changed for the better since I go to the gym. Especially, I would like to commend Mary, our excellent instructor in Aqua Fitness Therapy Pool on Mondays and Thursdays at 6 pm. Mary is also in charge of Aqua Tabata Cool Pool on Tuesdays at 6 pm. Mary’s classes are fabulous, she is an outstanding trainer, we follow a pre-choreographed routine with an incredible good selected music. She explains the reasoning behind the exercises and corrects our posture to avoid injury. Mary has been an inspiration to me, after her classes I feel at the same time full of energy and relaxed. Thanks to Mary I feel confident that my workout at her classes has increased my equilibrium and the strength to be able to perform all the exercises. I highly recommend joining Mary’s classes to everyone.”

“I took my first class today at OTF Farmingdale which is not my home studio, but after today I wish it was (LOL). As I was checking in for my class they had a welcome sign and water bottle waiting for me - something as small as this gesture goes such a long way for someone like me. The two ladies who were at the front desk, Mary-Kate and Dianna were the most kind, helpful and professional individuals I've had the pleasure of encountering in an establishment. They were able to help me set up my new heart rate monitor and even made sure I was wearing it correctly (I'm very new to OTF) and again, it's the little things that go along way. I booked my class with Coach Melissa and although I'm recently new to OTF - I never sweat so much the way I did in her class and felt like I got an amazing workout. Not only was the workout great, but Coach Melissa was just as great - upbeat, motivating and extremely helpful if needed. 10/10 recommend OTF Farmingdale and will definitely be back to their studio for another class!”
