Love this branch. I always go inside because the staff is awesome. Vicky helped me out when I messed up my payroll deposit right around Christmas time when I really needed the money for presents for my family and it really meant quite a lot to me. Thanks Vicky.

I go Saturday September 17 , around 10am to 10:30 am time.to reports one western union cheating happened on my account.I reach time one male receiptnist invited to his cabin. I started tell my problem suddenly one oldstaff lady come inside cabin with out permission.after get out me she told another one is waiting infront of me . Then I go out and wait outside. Then she pick up other one her same color before comeing me. But other all staffs good and trying to help to me after this .I told I talk already one person that person free then I go same cabin.After long wait I see same cabin person. Last I understand that old lady is the manager her name josphine. I feel she is racesist . Me like Ashion come there she not like . That showing on her face . Another all most young people there very good and helpful.this about any dout responsible Jovia people please check their cctv camera.

I had a great experience with Mr. Morales in my last trip here. I was traveling to Florida and he helped me link my card to the Delta app and I was able to view my flight pass! Need didn't have to that. He was very nice and efficient. Vicky, who's also such a delight, wished me a great trip on my way out with a big smile. Everyone's always so friendly. I love my branch!

This bank is so ancient and behind the times and when you ask about any modernization there extremely upset .For example after I finished my main business on a call with a rep I asked why don't you have the tap it on your card he ask what is that and how long the competitors have had it as if every other bank in America doesn't have it never will I recommend this place go bank with chase or a major bank this is a waist unless you need a loan.

This bank is the worse worse bank to have a loan with. I have had a issue with my bill being paid when i have it on automatic. The people that work here are very nice though.

Technical stuff goes bad at every bank I've ever done business with. At Jovia a glitch was corrected by two members of their team. Vanessa patiently assisted until it was clear the problem needed IT. Then Eric from IT also patiently stayed in the phone with me until he was convinced the problem had been corrected. Hours later Vanessa followed up to make sure the problem had been resolved. Couldn't ask for better support.

I'm done with Jovia. The whole Covid response has been awful. They are now holding my money hostage. You can't go to a branch without an appointment and when you try to get an appointment they will take your information and then email you and tell you that someone will get back to you in 1 or 2 business days and that is just to set up the appointment. They used to be NEFCU and we had a few problems with them. They changed their name to Jovia and they updated their computer system and totally screwed up my online banking. It's all I can do not to scream at the employees for this incompetence. I just can't deal with this small organization anymore.

This is literally the WORST bank imaginable. Once they took over for NEFCU it has been mistake after mistake. Their mobile banking- which I use to make transfers, pay bills, etc is down frequently. I didn't have cash, needed to make a transfer to my debit account and mobile banking was down and left me stranded. This has happened on more than one occasion, but the other times I had cash on me. The cards they give dont work for some reason either. The chips don't read them. Im on my 3rd card in 4 months. So horribly inconvenient. I am changing banks this week.
