Inside Petco, 1141 Wantagh Ave, WantaghI get the Renal diet for my dog who survived stage four kidney failure. I absolutely LOVE IT! My only “complaint” is that there isn’t the bigger packets available, but it’s not a big deal lol.

Pet Grooming
Posh Paws Pet Spa & Boutique
3351 Brooklyn Avenue, WantaghThey did an excellent job as always! Baxter is older and requires some extra time and patience as he has arthritis, and they always make sure to handle him with the utmost care! They are also super thorough with how they groom, I’ve noticed a difference since we started taking him here. Will never take him anywhere else! Best groomer I have ever been to by far!

Dog Grooming By Rachel
2912 Merrick Road, WantaghAnn and her staff are truly extraordinary! Even with a busy schedule, they make room for rescue dogs and greet each one with remarkable patience, gentleness, and compassion. Many have never experienced grooming before, yet the team takes time to earn their trust, ease their anxiety, and help them feel safe. They turn a potentially frightening experience into one filled with calm and kindness.
The results are always wonderful. Our dogs return clean, comfortable, happy, and beautiful. Most importantly, they leave looking ready to meet their potential forever families.
What means most to us is that Ann and her staff care about more than grooming. They warmly welcome Last Hope dogs and other local shelter dogs, helping each feel valued, cared for, and adoption-ready. We are deeply grateful for the love, patience, and compassion they show every pet.

Long Island Veterinary Acupuncture
1924 Wantagh Avenue, WantaghMy wife usually brings our dog here for her treatments for GI issues. The dog has benefitted greatly by this therapy. I had to bring her last week, and the staff was wonderful. They made our dog (and me) feel comfortable during the visit. They explained everything to me and I was impressed with by their professional and caring attitudes. I would strongly recommend LI Veterinary Acupuncture for a pet in need of this therapy,

Ain’t Misbehavin’ Canine Academy
WantaghMichelle has done wonders for my pup. We started off with her puppy training when my dog was 4 months old and have continued to come back for more training on and off over the last year.
Michelle is extremely patient, knowledgeable and kind. Our dog adores her and so do we. Couldn’t recommend her services enough - if you’re needing help with your puppy, you’re in great hands with her.
