When I discovered that the store is based in Poughkeepsie, NY, it rendered me silent – my late Grandma was born and raised there, making my connection to this store feel deeply personal and special.Over the years, I have ordered several items, and each one has arrived with the same care and attention to detail. “Beautifully blown glass, gifts, jewelry. The glassware is the showcase, though. No place like it. Local artists' works are upstairs. Quite simply, it is a unique place for art, gifts, and fun browsing.”

“Marie framed a silk scarf for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. She was very patient in showing me lots of mat and frame options. I ultimately ended up picking the same option they liked best as well, and it came together beautifully. I have gotten tons of compliments on the frame choice, and the handyman who helped me hang it remarked at the excellent quality of the frame as well as the hanging hardware they had applied.
