Seeing as that my wife and I have never had to go through insurance for something like this, we had no idea where to start. Both of the insurance companies weren't communicating and if they were, there was no continuity amongst them to avoid confusion. The owner, Bobby, walked us through the entire thing and assisted the process by being the middle man. He was very knowledgeable with how insurance companies operate which helped out considerably.
