“Or experience at Northside Auto Body exceeded our expectations. From the start they provided caring and professional customer service. Throughout the process we felt confident that the repairs to our car would be handled with expertise. They facilitated all aspects of the repair including the return of our insurance covered rental car. Not only was the car exquisitely repaired but the car was returned to us shinier and brighter than when it was taken to them and with interior detailing job. They are truly experts and professionals at what they do. We are grateful that our car was taken to them for repair.”

“I brought my 2019 Subaru to Parker Mechanical because of an irritating noise, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish. Angelo called to set up my appointment and was incredibly kind and communicative throughout the process, keeping me informed about the work needed, timing, and estimated pricing. Steve, as always, was an absolute pleasure to work with. My dad handled many of the logistics with him, and we really appreciated how helpful and accommodating he was. Brett brought my car out feeling like new! I even asked him to double-check something before I left, and there was no hesitation or frustration whatsoever. He happily took another look and made sure everything was in tip-top shape, including my wheel bearings and heat shields. It’s hard to find a shop where you feel like the people genuinely care about both the quality of their work and the customer experience. I really appreciate Angelo, Steve, Brett, and the entire Parker Mechanical team for taking such great care of my car. I’ll definitely continue trusting them with it!”

“Finding an honest mechanic is often a headache, but I’m so glad I found High End Automotive. They are incredibly transparent about what actually needs to be fixed versus what can wait, which I deeply appreciate. They took the time to explain the issue with my vehicle and showed me the damaged parts before installing the new ones. The owner gave a fair pricing, clear communication, and quality work. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else!”

“Amazing service. I've never had to go to an auto body shop before and had to for a deer collision. And it happened right before a big trip for me, but the shop made things super easy. They even let me leave my car there no problem until I returned from my trip. Dyanna, Caroline and Rocco were all awesome. I really appreciated the updates and the clear communication. They even cleaned the interior of the car! Would definitely chose them again.”

“Can’t say enough good things about our experience with Rex. Knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and no pressure tactics. We looked at several Mazda dealerships and Route 9 is the farthest away, but their pricing and Rex made it the right choice. Kudos to Anthony as well.”

It needed a lot of work - frame repairs and modifications, bondo removal, sheet metal work, some custom fabrication, plus stripping, priming and painting. They started on the rotisserie and now we have a body that's better than new!”

“Picked up a new and complete distributor and ignition coil for my 89 GMC today. It all looked very good quality. The Napa distributor is new, not remanufactured, had a 1 year warranty and the complete assembly came with the pickup coil, ignition module, bronze terminal cap and rotor. The Eichen ignition coil had a quality brass terminal built and I choose the OEM quality. I trust it's good stuff.”

“After going to O'Reilly's and a different Autozone I finally found a sales person who was willing to sell me a battery and actually install it. The previous stores refused to install it even though say they would. Hat's off and my appreciation to Ashlee who took care of installing a new battery in minutes. The world needs more sales people like her!”

“I definitely like this dealership. The GM, Anu is a total gem. Always exceedingly friendly and helpful. I was in for service today and just sitting in the showroom while waiting and she said hello a couple of times, offered me coffee and twice offered to let me use a car if I didn't feel like waiting around. She was equally as pleasant when I bought a new car there a couple of years ago. From my casual observations, she's also very professional and pleasant with her employees which a lot more than I've seen at other dealerships. Despite other reviews I've always had good luck with the service department. My only complaints would be that the main car lot across from dealership could use paving as well as nicer landscaping, and their charging stations for EVs are old and very slow. Need to step it up there. Also, when one of my cars goes in for service I don't get it back fully charged. Anywhere else I've had EVs serviced they are returned fully charged which I really appreciate.”

“Just came through here to say I got more than a battery at this location, I got peace of mind , kindness , support and a laugh or two in a moment when I couldn’t catch a moment for proper thought not only did Sean Tj and Kevin take the time to help diagnose my battery but they also unknowingly helped me out of a very stressful and defeated mindset . Thanks again Sean you personally are the best brother !!! Ooo ooo oooo Ohh man these guys are great!”
