“My Husband & I went to Mavis Discount Tire in Wappingers Falls. I had a nail in my front passenger tire and when I called Tyler was honest enough to let me know on a Sunday it would probably be over an hour wait as they were busy. We showed up and met Everett (I believe he was the Manager) and we explained the issue. He spoke to Tyler and LITERALLY they got us in to rectify the situation. In and out within a half an hour. Both of the insurance companies weren't communicating and if they were, there was no continuity amongst them to avoid confusion. The owner, Bobby, walked us through the entire thing and assisted the process by being the middle man. He was very knowledgeable with how insurance companies operate which helped out considerably. If you're ever in an accident, please consider going to Bobby. If he treats you half as good as he treated us you'll be more than satisfied.”
