“I had a major trailer malfunction recently where the axle assm came apart from the trailer body. It happened a short distance from RPH auto, whom I had no prior experiences with. RPH came to my rescue and had my trailer loaded onto thier flatbed in under 30 minutes. The completed the trailer repair the very next day, and at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with their service and the way the treat their customers.”

I took my car in for an issue that they discovered should have been covered by the dealership so they didn't charge me to do the work, they told me to go back to where I had the original work done. I wasn't sure what the problem was but they identified it and advised me on what to do. There are no surprises, if Radd tells me there is an issue, I believe them. Great service, great people and a business that has proven to our family that they are honest and reliable!”

“I had some very unfortunate car trouble (read: accident) in the area which left my beloved Honda Fit wheel-less and headed for the scrap yard. In the process, I was very lucky that Renato was available to help and generously offered to guide me through a stressful situation dealing with towing, insurance and a replacement car rental. Without going too much into detail, I just wish I had brought my car to Action Automotive in the first place––it’s likely my car would still be driving today. Anyway, Renato is a rare class act in what is often (in the city, at least) a shadowy business and he was very generous with his knowledge and expertise. Thank you again, Renato! “My Husband & I went to Mavis Discount Tire in Wappingers Falls. I had a nail in my front passenger tire and when I called Tyler was honest enough to let me know on a Sunday it would probably be over an hour wait as they were busy. We showed up and met Everett (I believe he was the Manager) and we explained the issue. He spoke to Tyler and LITERALLY they got us in to rectify the situation. In and out within a half an hour. It doesn’t get any better than that. Customer service at its BEST!!! That’s how you run a successful business. We found our new tire place. Now I see why they have great ratings on Google. “I wish I could give these people more than 5 stars. They seriously show up for me time, and time, and time again. I’ve had multiple random computer issues with my 2022 pathfinder (let me be clear the car did not come from this dealership.) I’ve been through a rollercoaster of emotions and arguments with consumer affairs multiple times and the service team at PK Nissan has had my back, gone above and beyond to defend my cases, and made repairs in a timely manner. Shout out to Zach at reception for not only staying a little later when I arrived with the tow truck but for finding me a loaner car and getting me out the door with ease. Another shout out to Danny the service manager who answered every single time I called and even checked in on his day off. This team will be the only thing I’ll miss when I get rid of this vehicle.”

“As of this writing (and at all times in the past 2+ years), the work performed has been outstanding and the service personnel have always been knowledgeable, friendly, professional and very helpful. The one major negative is: as I come from almost an hour away in Goshen, New York, I stay at your facility while the work is performed rather than leaving my Camry and returning when the work is finished. My assumption is that this is less flexible for the dealership for scheduling the maintenance, etc. and, as a result, making an appointment has always required me to call a month in advance of when I actually want regular maintenance done (every 5000 miles). This requires me to estimate how many miles I will drive in the intervening month's wait and has resulted in service being performed several thousand miles beyond the recommended intervals.”
