“I had an excellent experience purchasing multiple items from this furniture store. Our salesperson, Lauren, was highly professional, offering great design tips and color choices for our dining room and bedroom. All items arrived within the estimated time frame. During the holiday season, they even loaned us a few chairs so we could host guests. The sales manager personally called to keep us updated on our delivery status.
We had a minor issue with one chair, but they quickly ordered a replacement, and the manager delivered it personally. The customer service was outstanding. I will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend!”

“I definitely recommend this location. Everyone that I worked with there was really nice and helpful. We purchased the bedroom set that we were having shipped over to South Carolina and Ivan went above and beyond to make sure we received on time. The delivery guys were amazing. I made sure everything was perfectly set up.. we absolutely love it!!!”

“This boutique is SUCH a gem. It's a feminine sanctuary filled with clean and vegan beauty products and cosmetics, displayed intentionally amidst a backdrop of stunning dried floral sculptures created by the owner Jill.
You can tell how much love, thought, and care has gone into the space, and it fills a real niche among locals and tourists.
Keep on eye on this store and don't be surprised if you see her open additional locations in the future.”
“Great customer service does still exist! I called in today to see if an item was in stock in the store that is a few states away. When most stores would have just said ‘no, sorry we don’t have it’ Elise went above and beyond to put together a quote for me and offer to have the items delivered. She followed up with me every step of the way when she said she would with email and phone and was beyond pleasant. Devin, the store manager, was wonderful as well and was very concise, courteous and knowledgeable. If I could buy everything at Fortunoff Poughkeepsie, I would!”

“I stumbled upon KAIGHT after visiting dia:beacon. The folks working were so incredibly helpful and friendly. In addition to the shopping experience being fantastic, two of the items I bought have become personal favorites. I’ve been hunting for a specific style of boot for years, and found them here. They’re high quality and insanely comfortable for how good they look.
If you’re in the area, it’s absolutely worth a browse. Things are a bit pricey, but you truly get what you pay for, and the brands they carry have held up. I will absolutely make a detour here the next time I’m in the area!”

When she found out that we were visiting she offered some suggestions on places to visit. If you love candles, you should definitely visit this store as it had tons of fun and unique scents.”

“Steve really impressed me with the effort and support he gave to get the copper gazebo top I ordered to me. The first 1 was damaged by UPS. When I told Steve he quickly shipped a replacement but UPS took more than a month to get it to me. Steve worked with UPS, requested a formal investigation and finally it arrived yesterday. Working with UPS was not easy, he spent a lot of time. You just don’t get Steve’s level of customer support these days. The box was damaged but the copper top looked great. So glad I chose Steve to make it for me.! Really recommend him!”

“Homegoods, but the prequel. I'm not a person that likes to compare, but it's just to give you an idea of what this store is like. It honestly gives you JC Penney (TBT!) home section vibes when you walk in but quickly you feel like you're in the Home Depot planter and decor section but WAY more than you were even prepared for. There's definitely plenty of outdoor furniture options and ideas and this store goes on and on and on. Why do I fully not love it? I'm not quite sure! I'll definitely get to the bottom of this. They have incredible sales and sections with every aisle having its own little section with items on sale. Believe me, there's a lot here to pick from and you'll probably find your favorite live laugh love sign - but we're still here working on unbecoming our parents so we'll leave that behind LOL. Great variety of different area rugs, seating, house decor, house stuff, art work, towels, just about everything you can think of and more. The store is HUGE and you can literally get list in there. As huge as it is it does feel empty or it also makes you feel that way? Again, not sure why! But they for sure have a huge selection on everything. If you like home decor stuff you'll enjoy this one :)”
