John the manager and Home Depot Falsely advertise their products. I Placed a special order they attached A notice indicating any returns would be charged a 15% restocking fee but when I attempted to make the return John turned me away. John or whomever the GM really shows why Home Depot's organizational psychologists need to figure out how to weed out former HS bullies and guys that got rejected from becoming cops. Absolutely unhelpful and absolutely on a power trip
