“I’m navigating a very difficult consolidation of family finances, so I might care for my disabled sister and aged parents. At the Wappingers Falls branch, I met banker Pamela Weatherly and her branch manager, Valerie Belton, and both were professional, efficient, trusting and caring in their help for me. Find a way to hire many more staffers with these qualities and this quality, please, to ensure USB remains a Hudson Valley institution. It certainly is one in my life, and Pam and Val made it that way. Thank you all again!”

“I had a concern over the weekend that my account may have been compromised and I was able to reach Eric at a different branch. He immediately helped alleviate my fears, implemented the necessary protocols and guided me to follow up with my regular branch on Monday morning. When I did, I spoke with Kelly, who was equally outstanding! Both Eric and Kelly were the epitome of professionalism and customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt secure and supported throughout the process. They also made the process seamless which is so appreciated. I am so thankful to deal with a bank of this nature, because they genuinely care about their customers. Thank you to both of you! -VB”
