I am so glad I decided to stop in years back because they are everything I always wanted for car care. I am a trusting person and I don’t like the feeling vulnerable to those who lack integrity. Bayberry Automotive’s slogan “Integrity in Everything” is 100% true for them and something I believe in strongly as well. I always wanted a place I could trust and go to forever rather than always trying a new place w an uneasy gut feeling each time. I just wanted a place I could ALWAYS TRUST. I found that at Bayberry Automotive! I am so excited to see that they have a new 2nd location now! Congratulations!!! This is what prompted me to write this review today. I want others to know what an amazing place it is and that they can trust it fully.
Don’t procrastinate getting your car looked at if you sense something is off. There have been times I have taken my car there only to have John tell me everything is fine or explain if it’s a minor issue and how and when I should deal with it. There were times he had a moment to spare and said let’s hop in it and take a drive so I can listen. He will tell me if it’s something that can wait or if a less costly way is ok to do or if it’s worth it to pay for something more reliable. Whatever it is, I know I can trust him completely knowing he is keeping me and my family safe either way. I know that the advice he gives me is the same advice he would give his family or friends. You can see it in his eyes that he is a honest man.
Speaking of family, his daughter Mackenzie is always so friendly and professional just like her great role model father. Not only do I trust John but because of the integrity he has, I know I can trust anyone working there. I know he wouldn’t have it any other way.
I never even minded waiting for my car to get fixed because it is enjoyable to sit and listen to the genuine, honest and kind customer service John provides any customer over the phone or in person. It is reassuring knowing that good, honest, hard working people still care for others the way he does. It’s like a free dose of soul comfort that I get to take home with me. I know others waiting there feel the same way I do. You can see it.
I recently bought a new car and I gotta admit I’m a little sad I won’t see the Bayberry Automotive team as often as I used to.
Please head over there, even for a basic oil change, just so you can say hello so you can get a feel for the customer service you will always be able to count on.”
“They did a same-day appointment to plug a tire that had a nail in it. They charged me $27 and got it done in about the same amount of minutes, can't complain about that at all!”
“I never really leave reviews but this one deserves it. I hit a deer and caused a tremendous amount of damage to my car. Insurance was being a pain and didn't want to cover OEM parts but canettas argued my case and got me the parts I needed. Their repair work was top notch and my car was basically brand new when I got it back! Love these people!!!!”

I was a clueless girl In June and needed some body work done and I found iut they were a certified Honda body shop, they explained every detail along the way! “I had a great experience purchasing a VW beetle from Apple. Both Andrei and Josh were fantastic to work with. I’ve bought and helped others buy a numbers of cars over the years, and these guys were the best to work with. There were 2 repairs needed to the car to be covered under the 90 day warranty. One I was aware of when I bought the car, the other popped up after - both were minor and expected since the bug was 20 years old. Andrei made arrangements to have the repairs made at a local garage close to me since I live 90 miles from their shop. The process was seamless and he took care of all the billing and parts. I just had to show up. I was beyond impressed how they stand behind their cars and their warranty. My experience was these guys are straight forward, knowledgeable, and transparent. “On 2/11, when I pulled into Wegman's parking lot, an employee there told me that something was dragging under my car. I got on my knees to look, and it was a metal piece in the middle of the car, toward the front. I called Dunn Tire in Camillus to see if I could get my car in right away, and they said YES ! They took care of my car immediately by replacing the clamps on the metal piece that covered where the oil container is situated. I was so grateful to all of the employees who were so polite and helpful. I really appreciate that they could take care of my car in a timely way, since I didn't want to drive it after I was aware of the problem. My parents live with me, and my Mom was supposed to use the car later that day. She was able to go to her appointment and do shopping, which we didn't know would be possible if I couldn't get the car fixed that day. Thank you so much, Dunn Tire employees! You are the best!
