“Went there for a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle. The guy that inspected it (I think he's the owner too) actually cared and made sure to alert me to a number of things and educate me on what exactly might be of concern in them. He also told me about questions I should ask the dealership. He was very straightforward and wasn't influenced one bit by the presence of the dealership's representative there. On the contrary, he told me in his presence to go on Facebook market to gauge the price and see if I was being charged fairly. He generally gives off a very honest/direct/fair vibe. Genuinely recommend.”

“On 2/11, when I pulled into Wegman's parking lot, an employee there told me that something was dragging under my car. I got on my knees to look, and it was a metal piece in the middle of the car, toward the front. I called Dunn Tire in Camillus to see if I could get my car in right away, and they said YES ! They took care of my car immediately by replacing the clamps on the metal piece that covered where the oil container is situated. I was so grateful to all of the employees who were so polite and helpful. I really appreciate that they could take care of my car in a timely way, since I didn't want to drive it after I was aware of the problem. My parents live with me, and my Mom was supposed to use the car later that day. She was able to go to her appointment and do shopping, which we didn't know would be possible if I couldn't get the car fixed that day. Thank you so much, Dunn Tire employees! You are the best!

“Growing up, I had a dad who could fix a lot of things on cars, and when he couldn’t, he always took them to Hudson & Mowins - still does! Now, as an adult, I moved away from Baldwinsville and have tried a few shops more local to me and nothing compares. Just recently, I brought my car back to Hudson & Mowins for a loud noise. I was prepared to wait in their nice waiting room for a while - brought a book and some snacks. It took them maybe half an hour to let me know what the issue was and I was on my way! The next week I went back for them to fix it. The process was flawless and they did a great job. Friendly, helpful and honest. They even told me my front tires were bad. When I told them I had ordered new tires and that they were on their way, there was no pressure from them. I believe I talked with Tom (?) who was great! Definitely recommend.”
