“Craig clearly knows what he’s doing. I came in with my own design for business cards, but the mistake was on my end. Even then, he didn’t charge me to reprint them and took the time to make sure everything came out perfect. That level of customer service and integrity is rare. Great quality, fast service, and someone who actually cares about the final result. Highly recommend!!!!!”

“The store had a calm atmosphere for me while I walked the aisles to get the items I wanted to purchase. Happily, the calendars were clearly visible right up front, and that was one of my key reasons for going to Staples, for the two-year pocket calendars. One item I couldn't find, so I asked an associate to help. I mentioned all the items I was seeking, so he actually walked me to all of them! The reason for four stars instead of five is because I did have some trouble finding an associate who wasn't busy. At checkout, I mentioned emails from Staples saying I had $5 in rewards available, and the cashier easily applied that to my purchase, so that made me happy!”
