“The store had a calm atmosphere for me while I walked the aisles to get the items I wanted to purchase. Happily, the calendars were clearly visible right up front, and that was one of my key reasons for going to Staples, for the two-year pocket calendars. One item I couldn't find, so I asked an associate to help. I mentioned all the items I was seeking, so he actually walked me to all of them! The reason for four stars instead of five is because I did have some trouble finding an associate who wasn't busy. At checkout, I mentioned emails from Staples saying I had $5 in rewards available, and the cashier easily applied that to my purchase, so that made me happy!”

“This is a great option the very busy post office in the village of Baldwinsville. The woman working there (post master?) is super nice. When I came to get stamps for Christmas cards, she helped me stamp them because I had so many. Small gestures like that make a huge difference for me. Thank you for such great service!”

I can’t tell you how many times they’ve helped me, corrected mistakes I made, or just educated me on updates that I didn’t even know about. All with a smile and “have a nice day”. “Delivery came on time and the drivers placed the items where I requested. They were kind and professional making sure I received everything I ordered. One box had a small rip but he opened it there to make sure there were no scratches. I like the app they use. You can see where the truck is on a map and they let you know when they are almost there as well. I would definitely use this service again and recommend using them.”
