“The ladies who work at this branch repeatedly go out of their way to provide the utmost customer service. I came in the day after Christmas with a bad cold, unaware that I had been charged a fee. They told me about it and worked for 20 minutes to get it removed and I didn't even ask them to! They also brought me a hot cup of chamomile tea and let me sit in a comfortable chair while they resolved the issue. I have never been provided with this level of customer service and outright humanity by a bank before. Very impressed.”
