People are nice but OMG the drive thru is worse then McDonalds. One customer in branch, no one in the drive thru and a deposit took 15 mins and no one ever said we are having an issue.

Commercial banking customer, good service, friendly staff, has good banking hours. Recently did a CD at a very good rate. Online banking is easy, call into customer service typically responsive and good english easy to converse with.
