Mark and Lisa were so nice and assuring that it would all be taken care of by insurance. They made the calls, got an adjuster to come see the car and called me with updates and when to pickup the car. It looked brand new (2018).

“Not sure if I wrote a review several years ago when I ripped off the front bumper of our car backing out of the driveway and hitting a large boulder. I was new to country living! Did major damage to the car. Finesse was the best! They handled everything professionally from start to finish. Fast forward to today, I just went to get my car inspected and as always, they were accommodating on short notice and gave me great service. Donna and Jerry are wonderful people and I feel fortunate to have them so close by! (Truthfully, I’m suspicious of some of the bad reviews.)”
