I’ve never had an issue with my mail either. They also are very personable, but have very strict guidelines by the federal government. If you have a zip code to look up it takes two seconds of your time to look it up! thank you for doing what you do!”

i guess they delayed mailing, but i was very convinced it was thrown out because the letters referred to below were dropped off at post office but she had received the letter i put in my mailbox. I’m very sorry Usps. Thank you…

First review I’ve ever made, and I am only doing it because the service was that terrible. Horrible phone experience. They threw away a letter that took me 3-4 hours to make for my gf. Don’t have time to go during their horrible business hours. I tried calling them to fix a mistake I made and waited for 45min on hold until it randomly hung up on me. Worst service i have experienced in my LIFE. Don’t believe i will ever use USPS again. They need to get ts fixed asap. Horrible service overall. if i could give 0 stars. I would. Threw out a very very very sentimentally valuable and un-replaceable letter. 0/5.”
