It took over two hours as I got to phones one for my husband and one for myself. They had to transfer all the data from my phone to the new phone and also my husbands. They explained everything to me and I got a new plan which was better than my old one.

Verizon is warwick sucks. They need to fix this or iam leaving soon. The internet connection on my cellphone is horrible and I have unlimited. Very annoying. I switched from prepaid thinking it would be better. But no.

This is the absolute WORST place to get ur phone... If u WANT to not waste money and have an AMAZING experience. If you DONT want Amazing customer service and AWESOME deals, avoid this place at ALL COSTS!!! If you WANT terrible service and somebody who doesn't care, don't come here, because you WILL find the opposite. GREAT people FABULOUS atmosphere and KNOWLEDGEABLE staff, very disgusting how they set the bar so high for everywhere else!!!

Whomever owns this store should speak to their staff about how to be courteous to their customers. It seems as if you are bothering them by stopping in. I think one guy was half asleep when I walked in. Thankfully a new store is opening in W.Milford and will have no need to visit here any longer. Overall terrible support team with zero enthusiasm.

I purchased my flip phone less than 2 years ago and the manager was very helpful having paid $2K for the phone. Now that I had an issue, the same manager essentially told me that they cannot help me with a connectivity issue. He told me to contact Verizon directly. Speaking to Verizon, they confirmed that this store does not provide technical support. They never explained this when I bought the phone. I recommend using a Verizon store that offers tech support. This store went from great to useless when you needed help most.

Very enjoyable experience. Didn’t force anything on me and was very forth coming with any and all charges. Felt respected and valued the entire process of upgrading two phones and an iPad. Hands down the best experience I ever had at Verizon.

Daniel was extremely helpful. Samsung sent me the zfold5 early after 3 hours on the phone with Verizon customer support I was unable to be assisted activating the esim since the phone wasn't out yet. I visited Daniel and he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and get my new phone working quickly. I highly recommend this store. Everybody is extremely helpful and friendly.

Vincenzo was amazing. Very knowledgeable, patient, and was literally a superhero for not only getting my phone working and getting my son into a new phone, but he got my teacher discount attached to my account. He is so nice and easy to work with. Literally a 10/10 and I will come back because Vincenzo made life so much easier for me!

I purchased my new cellphone from this Verizon store. Their location is convenient and there is plenty of parking.

Brought in my phone with black screen of death.The employees here did the absolute minimum to help me. I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years.They plugged in my phone, told me it needed a new screen.Within 30 seconds of a YouTube video I fixed it myself.So let me ask you; did I just do your job for you?This will be my last Verizon phone.
