I purchased my flip phone less than 2 years ago and the manager was very helpful having paid $2K for the phone. Now that I had an issue, the same manager essentially told me that they cannot help me with a connectivity issue. He told me to contact Verizon directly. Speaking to Verizon, they confirmed that this store does not provide technical support. They never explained this when I bought the phone. I recommend using a Verizon store that offers tech support. This store went from great to useless when you needed help most.

Very enjoyable experience. Didn’t force anything on me and was very forth coming with any and all charges. Felt respected and valued the entire process of upgrading two phones and an iPad. Hands down the best experience I ever had at Verizon.

Daniel was extremely helpful. Samsung sent me the zfold5 early after 3 hours on the phone with Verizon customer support I was unable to be assisted activating the esim since the phone wasn't out yet. I visited Daniel and he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and get my new phone working quickly. I highly recommend this store. Everybody is extremely helpful and friendly.

Vincenzo was amazing. Very knowledgeable, patient, and was literally a superhero for not only getting my phone working and getting my son into a new phone, but he got my teacher discount attached to my account. He is so nice and easy to work with. Literally a 10/10 and I will come back because Vincenzo made life so much easier for me!

Brought in my phone with black screen of death.The employees here did the absolute minimum to help me. I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years.They plugged in my phone, told me it needed a new screen.Within 30 seconds of a YouTube video I fixed it myself.So let me ask you; did I just do your job for you?This will be my last Verizon phone.

I am giving 5 stars because of Rafeet. He should be commended on his work ethic and commitment to customer service. I had been to the store the evening before (5:15pm) and was told by another employee that he was unable to help me due the the time of day. (Zero stars) When I returned the next day, we heard other customers state the same thing. Rafeet handled each of our concerns with patience and understanding. Not only did I add my daughter to my plan, I also purchased a new phone and two Apple watches!!

I just spoke with Rahat. He is an exemplary customer service rep…informative and extremely knowledgeable. Additionally, he answered a multitude of questions with patience as well as with a highly positive communication style. I will definitely continue to purchase my phones etc. because of consistently excellent customer service. Thank you, Rahat, for today’s assistance.

Russell Cellular at 148 NY-94 S, Warwick NY 10990 (Near Price Chopper).I purchased my new cellphone from this Verizon store. Their location is convenient and there is plenty of parking.

My wife bought a cord from Russell cellular in Warwick. I vigorously support Warwick merchants. When I called to tell Russell that they had charged me twice on my credit card I was told that I would have to return to the store to discuss this with the boss. I explained that we were not in Warwick currently and that did not matter, nothing could be done until we returned to the store. One star is too many.The salesman was crude and dismissive with my wife.

Honestly where to begin let’s start with the fact that It’s an authorized store not an actual Verizon store they overcharge people they lie about the plans they love hidden fees and they smile at you while they blatantly lie to your face about having unlimited data then charge you over 300 dollars for going over your data limit even tho it’s an unlimited plan don’t go here their the equivalent of Indian phone scammers

I rate my experience a 10+.The Customer Service was top notch.Time was taken to explain the difference between the two Portable Chargers shown and how to use it.All my question were answered in detail with excellent listening skills and attention to my concerns.He took time to explain and look up my Account when I asked about an upgrade or a purchase if another phoneHe also took time to explain that you have laptops, when I mentioned that my laptop is not working at the present time and I am thinking of getting a new oneHe is, in my opinion a rare find, and a representative that you can be Proud of!

I came into the store on Sunday January 16th at around 12:30 with the intention of upgrading my phone to a 13 pro. Employee was very short with me and offered no help or useful answers to my questions. I had to promp him to tell me anything about the new phone or what the options and available deals were. It seemed like he was annoyed that we wanted to buy something there. Needless to say no new phone was purchased and I will likely go to the store on route 23 where I was treated with respect other times.
