I had read a few reviews and was skeptical in renting however after discussing all requirements it was very acceptable as in any contracts. Much appreciate the time given to go thru all my questions.”

“Number one reason is John in the Harriman facility who made it easy for me to rent when I never had to rent a unit in an emergency situation. John got back to me right away. I didn't have to deal with AI, or someone not in my area. He made me feel very comfortable. I felt like I was dealing with a local person who cared about my needs even before I knew he was local. “The staff were really friendly and helpful. The self-service experience was simple, quick, and easy, plus there are security cameras throughout the storage facility.
Something we did notice is that when we accessed our storage unit for the first time, there were police officers parked in the back of the parking lot questioning a couple who may have been living or squatting in the ungated lot right behind facilities. It didn’t bother us much, just something to note.”
“Amazing. Best customer service at the location I went to in New Windsor. Customer service over the phone could have been more helpful when I had car trouble. The road side assistance was unable to give me a proper solution. But when I called the local office I was able to speak to 2 different people that went beyond and over to help me so I can’t get additional charges.
First I had an uneventful day. My car got stuck on my auto transport. The battery died. I used 3 different charger/booster which all got drain by my car. My phone also broke will trying to fix the car. Then I had to buy a new battery. Then the car got stuck in park. The car was unable to get off the auto transport for 30hrs. I had to get my mechanic to shift the gears.
I would definitely recommend the New Windsor location and I would always rent all my Uhaul equipment there too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s”
