After the Computer Guy repaired and adjusted several issues, I loaded and ran Skype at home for awhile and the web cam worked and it seems like the laptop is stable for the longrun.

Work from home and couldn't connect to internet. Bought a new router and of course couldn't connect. Scott to the rescue! Within a few minutes restored my wifi, connected several devices and it was a magical experience! I will be buying my new all in one soon for sure!
