“I had a wonderful experience with Pedro today! Unaware of their hours I arrived 20 minutes before closing. He was already helping a customer. By the time he was able to help me, it was minutes until closing. Knowing this he still willing offered to help and was incredibly patient, answered every single one of my questions, and never once made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing him by staying late. He took his time making sure I was aware of the promotions offered and was genuinely kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Customer service like that is hard to come by these days. He was absolutely wonderful and while I am not someone to typically write a review, I felt he should be recognized. Thank you Pedro. “Alfonso at this location has single handedly repaired a horrible relationship with Verizon. He helped unpack a myriad of issues caused by two different franchise locations lying about promotions in order to get their commissions. 5 stars isn't enough for the service he provided, he should be commended. I fully endorse this location and recommend that anyone who uses verizon as a carrier never does any business with any location that isnt a corporate store. He gave me a quote over the phone for the replacement of my battery and when I came in later in the day he repaired it while I waited. Granted, there were a lot of distractions, but he was very professional and an all-around good guy. So the takeaway with any of these local cable stores is ask questions, make sure you get accurate information and engage with the people you're working with based on the way they treat you.”
