“We purchased a 2022 Trailblazer from Tradition and couldn't be happier! Jeff was super helpful, explained every detail from car specs to navigating the leasing process. Any issues that came up (we had some missing documentation needed to set up the lease) Jeff found a way to make it work for us and still get the information the DMV needed. Cliff and Sue were also super nice and friendly! I called a few weeks ago asking about their Trailblazers and Cliff still remembered who I was. We got really lucky that a Trailblazer was even available - most are spoken for before they even hit the lot with this car microchip shortage. We are absolutely in love with the car (his name is Theo) and will most definitely be working with Tradition in the future.”

“I can only say that I am from Florida and I wish the Ford Service department here were half as good. My son is going to college in New York we gave him our older Ford Fusion to use while he's up there. Before we left after seeing him at Thanksgiving we had some issues with the airbag warnings and needed to have a few other things done. The service was amazing and they even drove the car back to his college about 1.5 hours round trip. I don't know what people could possibly complain about their service Department. Extremely professional courteous and communicative.”
