“The store is decent. It felt like it was a little low on certain options. I was there for under layers for my pre teen daughters for their softball game. No long sleeve under layers. Ended up buying 2 of each of other options.”

If I can't find it in store, I can go online and have it shipped to the store for free. Being a millennial, I'm not one for crop tops and super high-rise jeans but I usually find something I like here. The staff at this particular location are always nice and helpful. The store itself is also clean and well kept. I went to return a shirt as well as pick up an online order yesterday and it went seamlessly. Great place to shop and I hope this store at the Waterloo Outlets will stay open.”

“There are 2 people I would love to give credit to. We came all the way from Canada to do some shopping. I found a few items to try on and I came across a lovely girl name Sully who made me feel absolutely beautiful in the dress (yes, I bought it) .. not only was Sully friendly and made me feel good in that dress but when it came time to pay we ended up at the register of Dawne. Dawne was overall joyful, attentive and very friendly. She even mentioned how she saw me in the dress and how nice it looked on me. “Lygia (I know it’s spelled wrong) is amazinggggg! I wish there were more products for the bigger breasted girls, but she did what she could. They were out of a bunch of sizes. The store was so neat, clean and orderly. Theee best customer service and she was so attentive. She looked through alllll the bras to find something for me. I would’ve purchased more, but they didn’t have a lot of stock which is not her fault.”
