“This shelter is truly a gem, please adopt your next best friend from there and donate whatever you can afford. A simple bag of cat litter anyone can affort it. Thanks to their low cost spayed and neutered program I was able to neutered my dog without "breaking the bank". The waiting list is short (2-3 months). The staff is helpful and respectful. I highly recommend Beverly Animal Shelter to everyone.”

“Hit or miss on the products they stock. Usually they have what I'm looking for. Went in today for a gardening item and when I asked a sales associate (looked like maybe the manager on duty) if it was in stock, she told me to check the gardening section and proceeded to yell across the store to another employee to check. Wow what great service, sorry to annoy you.Manager Erin on the other hand is AMAZING. I've had several interactions with her including a large return that went seemless thanks to her. She needs a raise and promotion, she actually cares about the store and customers unlike the lady that was there today.”

“My son had an emergency with his large cat, and while he was driving him from Rochester to Cornell University, the cat escaped his soft sided carrier. He had already stopped at one chain on the way, and all they had were small carriers. I called Country Max and spoke with Victoria, who was friendly and very knowledgeable. She knew exactly what I needed and offered two different options. She even went above and beyond to help out. Thank you very much, Victoria!”
