Not sure how their service is. I wasn't given the opportunity to find out. I scheduled an estimate for some very minor scratches to be repaired on a 23 Jaguar F Pace. My appt was canceled and I was told they wouldn't work on my vehicle because if they damaged it further they would have to order parts and they didn't want to do that. Not sure what type of shop refuses work because they aren't confident they won't damage the vehicle further...

Last year we were involved in a car accident and was rear ended. Gerber was supposed to fix our car but after getting it down we had to return the car and get it fixed again. About a few months later we saw there was leakage in our trunk so we took the car to Chevy and they immediately asked if we had been in a car accident. We were told to reach out to Gerber to see if they could fix the issue since it was related to the car accident. The manager sent me an email saying that it was a recall and I should watch a Youtube video. The video was some random man in his yard, he was NOT a credible source. Therefore we went back to Chevy told them about the video and they did a detailed inspection on the car to prove it was not a recall but an issue from the car accident that Gerber REFUSED to fix. The manager here didn't even take the time to look at the car. He ASSUMED it was a recall and used a foolish YOUTUBE VIDEO TO prove his point. The proof was there from Chevys detailed inspection yet Gerber still failed to try and see what was the core issue. Please save you and your sanity some relief and NOT take your vehicle to this place to get fixed. The manager is LAZY, UNPROFESSIONAL and his no INTEGRITY! Sadly, our car has mold in it from the leak and we have small children. We can't even drive the car with our family in there due to the mold issues. This experience has been a nightmare for our family and we are so disappointment in this company. We plan to report the manager and the team to someone above as well as the Better Business Bureau.

I'm "only" giving 5 starts because there are no more available. What an awesome experience start to finsh. Every person I talked to at Gerber was kind and helpful and they were up front with any potential glitch. They got me in sooner than I expected, and completed the repair much sooner than expected. They provided status updates twice per week and they handled all the details with my insurance company. Nobody ever wants to need collision repair, but if you ever do, this is the place!

They were fantastic. We hit a deer with our truck. They got us in for an immediate estimate and called us when parts were ready. They gave constant updates and when they ran into a snag here or there, they were forthcoming and worked hard to get the job done. We were very happy with their service!

The team was upfront about the wait time, but ordered my parts before the appointment to reduce my waiting time. They were communicative throughout the process, and they did a wonderful job repairing my damaged door.

The estimate was way off and the guy made assumptions if you don't want to pay more to get half the work done stay clear of that place.

The guy that dose the inspection dose not do a good job and makes assumptions looks like he is stubbron wont listen at all I would highly advise go any where but there for insurance inspection you dont want to get half the job done for double the price and get treated badly in the process.

The people there are very nice and friendly and got our car done weeks before it was due back to me even found more problems with our car and schedule it with dealer to get it fixed for us and they did all the paperwork for the insurance company all I had to do was sign they even text a nd call you with updates looks like a new car again thank you all for your outstanding service

Some time ago, I hit a deer on my way to get off work?. A friend introduced me to this car repair shop and made an appointment for repair. The beautiful lady at the front desk was very patient. Because I am Chinese, there will be some language barriers. I am very satisfied with the repair results, thank you very much!

Instructed by my insurance company to have my vehicle damage assets here. The staff are really nice, the waiting area clean and tidy, and the bathroom (men's) was spotless. The assessor did a thorough job looking over my damage and I had an approval amount from my insurance company within a few hours. I would highly recommend them if you're in need of collision or glass service.
