“Shout out to the two girls working in the beauty and fragrance department. I was visiting from Ontario and stopped by JCPenney, where I was greeted by the most lovely girl named Aulica, I think her name is. We chatted for a bit about where we are from and she made us feel very welcome. When we visit again, I plan to come in and look for her to say hi. I walked away with two new scents I love and took a chance on her favourite too.”

“Amazing customer service. Went above and beyond to help me. Had a family emergency and most my family clothes were packed away. They helped me pick outfits for each of my children and we're very patient with me even though closing time was around the corner. They even price matched their online prices for me, reminded me of my military discount and coupons available to me.”
