“I shop at zumiez frequently and it’s gotten to the point where the employees will spot me in the mall and wave at me. The level of friendliness surpasses that of them reaching some sort of quota where they have to say hi to everyone I genuinely feel like they’re connecting with me when I come in and we just talk about what I’m doing in the mall that day.”
