Called this afternoon. Windshield wipers don't work. told I have to wait 5 days for an appointment. That being said, I reminded them that no wipers was a safety issue. Just bought the car in August with a warranty. 2nd time I have needed to bring it in. 2nd time I have to wait far too long for an appointment.

During this tough time to get products, it took 9 months and 4 days for my order to come in. Davidson's sent weekly emails with updates on the order, that is great customer service.
