“If I could give this place 10 stars I would..to me 5 is not enough. Shawn has the best customer service me and my husband witnessed since we moved here from Maryland. We were having car problems and needed a rental to get us through the weeks so my husband and I can get to work till our car was finished. He understood our troubles and helped us and worked with us so we wouldn’t be stuck between a rock in a hard place. He was very informative about Watertown and where to go or what we needed to do in order for us to get our ducks in a row. Like I said we just moved here and knew nothing about anything. But Shawn helped us every step of the way. Very nice and caring person. Since we moved down here Shawn is the only person we trust and not take advantage of the fact we were not from here. Linden made it happen for me he gave me a price for my wife's van and it was a little more than what we planned but there was other problems we didn't expect so that's why it cost a little bit more the service was great the place is very clean and they don't try to push things on you if you cant afford it they have a program there that they offer to help and I used it payments are responsible Van all fixed in and out in one day plus a phone call from Linden the next day asking if everything was working ok.”
