“The staff is incredibly friendly and the catering is delightful. They put in a delicious breakfast and lunch spread for conferences. Coffee, juice, and soda are available throughout the day. Food is fresh and tasty.Food & drinks: The catering here is very good. This was the service conference I've attended at this location and it does not disappoint. Breakfast usually includes a full buffet of eggs, sausage, bacon, French toast, seasoned home fries, and fresh fruit. Orange juice and fresh coffee are also served. Lunch consisted of a dressed Caesar salad or an undressed mixed greens salad with several dressing options. Two soups were offered, as well as rolls, pasta salad, and homemade potato chips, with a cookie for dessert. Soda, iced tea, and coffee are also available.”

“We stayed at the Hampton Inn Watertown while travelling through upstate New York around New Years. We were a family travellingIt was a great stay. The breakfast was really good with a lot of variety. Also, the snack bar had everything you might need. The room was a bit small but was realyl clean”

“I had a mishap with my vehicle and was in need of a place to stay that was not only convenient for walking to the mechanic shop, but also safe. Katie (geez I hope that's her name!) Was so helpful with assisting me in booking a room. Josh was also a delight!! I was in the middle of a panic attack bc of my vehicle situation and they really saved the day!”

“At the time it was surely a great hotel, now it fulfills its purpose to rest at night, clean and quiet room, there is not much noise, located next to a large supermarket in a commercial area, I don't see it as a place to spend a vacation but If for one night if you are passing through, it is quite large, huge buffet area, not very varied but the breakfast is good, gym, outdoor pool, a small arcade games area and a bar that opens some afternoons...I give it my 5 stars because the quality-price ratio is excellent...you couldn't ask for more”
