“I was there for a wedding off site. The room was very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Only issue I had was I would have liked better water pressure in the shower.”

“Alan Amos , the concierge was fantastic . We had a travel emergency and ending up having to stay overnight in Watertown. Since we were traveling with a dog, we had limited options. We are happy the sheriffs department was able to get us in the Hampton. Alan absolutely made a travel emergency that much easier on us, I would Recommend this hotel to anyone needing a stay in Watertown. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and helped us immensely. thank you for an awesome staff and amazing customer service. Empathy in staff is very hard to find these days. As a manager myself, simple kindness goes a Long way .”

“My wife and I booked this the night of as our first hotel that we are in was disgusting. We spent a little more, but we were happy to find that this place was in great condition. Well kept and had clean rooms. We called the night of at 9 PM and we’re able to book a room for a reasonable price. Very happy with the service there. It’s not the fanciest place, but it is clean and the service is good. The continental breakfast was very good as well. Only complaint was at the pool was not operating however it was raining when we visited so we probably wouldn’t have swam in it anyway.”
