The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Do yourself and whomever you will stay with a favor and choose a place that will truly make you feel you've found a home away from home.”

“We love this hotel and their staff. With over 20 stays here our loyalty is with you. We always have an over the top experience here. There are so many great people that work here. Kristin, James, Amy, Mr Paul, Antonio, Bobby, Brittany, and so many more. This place is very clean and well maintained. The restaurant is exceptional with great chefs. If your looking for a terrific stay this one is a gem. Great job to the GM Jody Pettit for running a super hotel for Hilton.”
“We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn Watertown! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had great variety, and the staff was kind and accommodating — check-in and check-out were seamless. I especially appreciated the quiet environment and easy parking. It’s close to restaurants and shops, making it a convenient stop for anyone traveling through the area. Excellent value for the price!”

“This hotel is very nice, specially their services. The staffs are very polite and accommodating also. I was very tired because of very bad experience at Super 8 By Wyndham, Massena, where didn’t get the room even after reservation. While returning back home, I just slept 2 hrs in the car and when I was not feeling good to drive I found this hotel nearby. When I called them they did the reservation for 1 night and also allowed early check in @11 AM without charging any extra fees. This was really a great experience. All the staffs of this hotel are very polite and professional.
Room is good. Breakfast is not so great but ok.
Whenever I will get chance, I will definitely stay at this hotel.”

“Good location for military community. Room with kitchenette and full sized fridge is helpful for longer stays. Laundry available. Only issue is that the shower temperature fluctuates and is inconsistent. I see other reviewers have mentioned this so I assume it’s been a problem for a while - they really should figure that out.”
