  The staff I spoke to over the phone was beyond helpful on many different occasions prior to even renting a unit. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service. Access to our new unit is easy and there are some equipment present to assist with your transition.

  Happy to not be paying rent here anymore but they were great

  Unit as described. Had some glitches getting in on weekend but customer service was wonderful and we were able to unload. Online reservation and pay was a breeze. Highly recommended!
