“I entered the store and was immediately greeted by a salesman I liked that because I knew exactly what I wanted to buy so no need to waste my time or theirs browsing. Rob was very helpful and although there was nothing currently available to show me on the floor he resorted to checking with one of their suppliers who had a white leather sofa with power reclining seats.
