“Griffith does a wonderful job of taking care of their customer’s needs quickly and at a very fair price. We’ve had two water heaters installed (20 years apart) and work on our old diesel furnace, also twenty years ago as well as servicing our newer propane heater done by Griffith. They’re super responsive and all the staff are super nice.. As you can see, we think they’re great!”

I wasn’t that happy with the response, but it was a response and they did offer a solution.

I called once last month that got nowhere so that’s why I wrote the review.

I appreciate their quick response. I’m listening to my issues. I’m not sure we actually connected on those issues, but they did offer a solution, but I thank them for that.”

“We had a 47 gal propane tank that feeds a fireplace - both came with the house when we moved here in 2005. We ran out of propane for the first time in the 20 years we've been here; at the same time our boiler was acting up as well. We normally use the propane stove as back up when it's particularly cold or if the power goes out. We were both sick for the last couple weeks and neither heat source was up to snuff. We had the boiler tuned up and bled, which fixed THAT problem. Then today Surburban Propane came with a new 100 gallon tank, already loaded with 15%/20% propane, lit the pilot light, and the great room was warm once again!! Thanks guys!!”
