“I went in Friday to purchase a baseball bat for my Godson. I had no idea how to properly fit him. We weren’t in the bat section for 20 seconds before, Jeff, the associate in the area, greeted us. One of the best customer service scenarios I’ve ever had in a sporting goods store. He spent a ton of time with us, went through the routine of measuring length and weight and the combination there of. It was clear that he had no intention of trying to sell us the most expensive bat. He was super with my godson, addressed all of his questions, made sure that he took his time. Just a fantastic experience, and I left with a very happy sixth grader! If you are in the store, look for Jeff!”
