“I came to get my fuel pump fixed as that’s what my code scanner tool told me it was. Let them know what happened and such. They were kind. Towed me. They were also fast and I called a lot of garages before deciding to go to them. A little pricey but I’ll take that over someone belittling me compared to them who were kind. Idk why some of the reviews say the staff and owner is rude lol. They weren’t rude and I called to check on everything like six times. Didn’t get mad or sound irritated… unlike a garage I went to in the past got mad at me for checking on my car lol. They didn’t mind. Would go here again 10/10”

“Long story short, our car was stranded in Canada, just across the border. AAA wouldn't help us. CAA (Canada's AAA) wouldn't help us. Kia roadside assistance wouldn't help us. USAA roadside assistance wouldn't help us. The only tow company that was willing to come up to the border was Van Tassel Towing. Mr Rick was so kind, so timely, and professional. I had talked to the Canadian border patrol to tell them our situation so they were expecting a tow truck to cross the border and it worked out so smoothly. I wish I had known about Van Tassel Towing before. I will recommend them over and over again. Please support local business, and get reimbursed by USAA after.”
