Less than 1 star. We arrived at 2pm a tad on the edge but door was locked. Staff said we're closed while serving another customer. Would have only taken a minute for return.

Incredible service with a smile at the Bradley St UPS store this week!! A huge thank you to Laurie for making my shipping experience so delightful. Laurie was knowledgeable and made it so easy for me to ship large boxes to my office in Florida. She was kind and worked very efficiently. It’s so nice to receive a positive customer service experience these days. It’s so unexpected and what a pleasant surprise! Thank you Laurie and team.

I am very unhappy with the UPS store. They were always my go to people. I bought a post box ( paid in advance for a year) as I am living between two states. They never answer their phone, and or return voicemails. Another day goes bye and they will not answer. It is very unprofessional and rude. How does one get mail if they do not answer?!

The UPS Store is truly a one stop shop! Today, we stopped in and had paperwork that had been emailed to us printed, notarized, scanned and emailed back. The staff was organized, efficient, and very personable. We try couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

First time at this location after the one on route 781 closed The staff were wonderful kind ladies who were so sweet with my three year old toddler and worked quickly to get me out.

This is my go to store always so helpful and cheerful and friendly!!
No matter what I asked for they are right on it. I gave them a compliment today and I want to make sure I left them a review. I wish I would’ve got the two girls name that help me today.
This kind of courtesy anymore is rare

It’s because every time I use UPS services I always get my packages sent to whoever I am sending it to and I also get my packages back, one of the things I sent the last time was my high school diploma and I was a lil so because I thought it can get lost but it didn’t, the agency got all my paperwork’s on time and a couple minutes ago I just sent my spectrum package to their offices and I am more than sure that UPS will deliver it safe and on time.
