I went to UPS on Bradley St in Watertown, NY with a large plastic bin of jackets to send cross country. Ashley, the girl who I dealt with, stayed calm and extremely helpful in finding the correct box, helping me transfer the jackets, and cutting the box to the correct size. 5 stars to Ashley and to UPS!!!
