“This place is a gem!! They have been serving the area 150 years..!! You know they are for the average guy.. they take care of their customers.. otherwise they would not have lasted.. Ed was beyond helpful.. we needed items they don’t carry typically in store ( 30 amp service for our camper) he went to work on his computer to help us ..then we asked about a good spot for lunch and he directed us to a new business.. I appreciate the small town business feel. Thx u Ed.. even if it’s a drive for us..”
“Klings Mills is awesome, I go for breakfast almost every weekend, and everything is cooked with such skill and consistency! They are almost always open too, like 7 days a week! With out fail my best breakfast spot even tho it doesn't look like a restaurant at all.”

From nails or screws by pound or any tools to in season onions potatoes or plants ready for your garden ....When you walk in someone is right there to say hello and help find anything quick and same price as other stores..... Always full of customers ...tells a lot!!!!”
“Throwback to the old family hardware store in farm store. A lot of main products that you would need for the yard and farm. The owner is always extremely friendly and helpful and always smiling and joking with customers. You could tell that mindset rubs off on the employees. You would think that prices would be much higher than say a chain like Lowe's or home Depot but really very comfortable. I would highly recommend.”

“We were looking for a new Box spring and Mattress. Searched Utica high and low $3500 - $4800!! We stopped at Morgan’s True Value right here in Waterville ( we had purchased from him before) Tom took us up stairs looked at the mattresses and I said what are the foam mattresses like? Tom said they are Gel Filled not like the old foam sets. Asked about warranty? Tom explained it’s 3/4” in ten years. Then said did you know your regular set will do the same? Anyway, they delivered on a Sunday!! It’s truly amazing Jodi and I have NOT slept this well in years.
Shop local -Tom and the “crew” they are the best people to deal with.. I have also found something’s are cheaper than the big box stores! Rmcnamara”
