“I was working on a friend's computer but couldn't figure out why the system was failing. I took my computer to Spaulding Computers for help and the team gave me some ideas on how to proceed. They admitted there wasn't much they could assist with but this was welcomed as they didn't try to sell me on parts / services I did not need. I appreciate that a great deal. I'll be using these guys in the future! PS - replacing the processor worked!”
“My IPAD Gen 6 battery died and Wizkid was able to fix it along with replacing a cracked screen. for a reasonable price. It was not an easy fix because they had problems getting the correct battery, I was pesky and they were very polite and respectful even though they were very busy. . I am happy that my IPad is working as good as new.”
“Went here after having a bad experience with another shop nearby to get my laptop fixed. While they weren’t able to completely fix my issue due to the laptop being old, they did make some improvements to prolong its lifespan. I was able to get my laptop back within three days and their prices were fair”
“After calling another popular shop in the area with high reviews and having the person on the phone seem completely overwhelmed with what I needed done and told me to call back another time I decided to call these guys and I’m glad I did. Great experience with this place. The owner Hadj was very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job helping me switch out a motherboard and cpu on my pc. He was even able to keep all my data intact and my windows 11 license active on a new OS with no issues and had my pc back within 24 hours. Very personable guy who you can tell cares about doing right by his customers and enjoys his job. I’ll be going here for any repairs or upgrades in the future and you should too.”
“Earlier this year i came in with laptop battery issues where it wouldnt charge. There was so much care and attention to detail here! The part i needed needed to be special ordered and i was frequently updated with statuses. I was pleasantly surprised when the inside of the laptop was impeccably clean and i had a laptop that was even better than the first day i got it.
Anyways, super happy with the results and the professionalism, even about 6ish months later!”
