“I have come to Spaulding on several occasions for a variety of tech maintenance matters over the last year and have been overwhelmed by the attention and care provided here. TJ is extremely kind and patient, willing to answer any and all questions related to your service and accurate in his estimation of turn around time. He is direct and honest in all the work he does and has gone out of his way to help me in finding the best possible solutions to every issue and job I have come to him with.”

“I recommend this store because it offers a wide variety of tech products, and I really appreciate the excellent customer service. I bought several items—including a 75-inch TV that wouldn't fit in my car—and they delivered it to my home at no extra cost.”

“Best experience!! Place was packed but Gregory took us right away. Figured out immediately that my new Mac Book’s operating system had been deleted. He got it set up- about 20 minutes of install and Gregory set it all up to my preferences. Such a nice guy. Great experience!!”
