“I love this place. It is in my top 3 favorite stores. The workers are very friendly and helpful! The store has a great and broad selection of items, candy, etc. This is a great place to have a shopping spree at as well!”
“There are 2 Dollar Trees within a mile of each other and though I visit the other dollar tree, I have checked in to the other store as this one never had a profile set up.My experience was simple. I knew what I wanted pliers), asked the staff, she pointed me to the right spot, I picked up and i was on my way out. On my way to the check out, I found two more items that would come in handy.”
“Great for what it is. Good stuff cheap as they say. We bought a bunch of kids books marked down about 80% from the original price. The aisles were cramped to get through if there was anyone else around, but the employees and other customers were very pleasant to be around so the cramped nature wasn't a big negative. The cashier was friendly and helpful too. I'll certainly go back.”
“This is one of the oldest stores in town. The owners are pretty nice and the customer service is great. On Fridays, religiously, they close from 12:30-1:30pm for Prayer.”

“Lovely atmosphere with background music, excellent lighting, clean, safe, polite. I bought foods, furniture wheels and slidders, windshield wiper fluid, etc. Prices were reasonable. Service was great- the tram member took me to where my requested item was. The store was well organized. I enjoy shopping here. Nice, flat parking lot with lots of spaces and shopping cart availability. An enjoyable visit. The overhead messages encouraged us to buy food and coats for those who need them, and on return we could spend the same amount on other items for ourselves.”
“I like Five Below. They have reasonable pricing and tons of interesting stock in the store. There is a huge selection of various products (in a relatively medium size store) including clothing, womans beauty products, odd electronics, pet supplies, candy, party supplies, and most important to me, toys.
I collect toys and also use them in creating my own art and swing by once a month to see whats new. I always find something I want. Right now 1980's toys and miniatures are popular, and Five Below has lots of both! I was so happy to find mini plastic lockers (with a little doll) that I bought four because I have an artistic concept they are perfect for.
I'm giving a four star review because of the greeting, staffing and overall state of the store. Every time I go in the store it is in complete dissaray with merchandise. Frieght boxes to be put on the shelves are on the floor everywhere (but I may just be consistantly arriving on days they get a shipment?) The shelves and pegs are absolutely packed to the point you can't easily shop and there is actually too much to look at. I know that sounds weird but it really is overwhelming. I'm pretty sure that inorder to see everything there I would have to stay overnight.
As far as the greeting, please stop making the staff scream "Welcome to Five Below" from wherever they are in the store every time someone enters. It's not neccessary because:
A: I know what door I walked through
B: it is completely not genuine and everyone knows it. There is no way it will ever increase my spending.
C: I cringe hearing it because I imagine the employees vocal cords are raw. Im sure there are lots of worker comp cases for that.
In conclusion, please hire more staff at a livible wage so they can stock and more genuinely greet me as I browse. I will still encourage everyone to go to Five Below because of their neat cheap items, but be prepared to stay a while or visit multiple times. They also have the biggest selection of candy and snacks so you won't starve :).

“Bought a roll out bed. The woman who helped wad very kind. Made the purchase easy, picked out ny sheets and had the bed carried to my car. Plus the price of the same bed at a major on line retailer was $30.00 more. Excellent store and service”
“A truly incredible experience at The Bridal Shop through Second Chance Thrift Shop!! The Bridal Shop has stunning high quality dresses for affordable prices with the best part that it is all for a great cause. My sister booked an appointment for herself and when the ladies found out I was also engaged, they allowed me to look and try on dresses as well. Theresa, Marlena, and Linda were so kind, patient, and just a pleasure to spent time with. I loved hearing their own wedding stories! My sister & I both ended up saying “Yes to our dress”! I CANNOT say enough great things about this place.”
“I mean it's the Dollar Tree what more can you say..Each store carries something different so if you see it you better get a bunch because once it's gone you might not see it again.”

“The owner of the store gives super good customer service, I ended up buying a really high-quality jacket there at a great price. I would definitely recommend this store if you are in Albany and looking for an army navy store. They have a lot of clothing and also knives and some other accessories but I did not get a full chance to look around the store so there’s probably a lot that I did not even see. It’s not a huge place but it’s very conveniently located and definitely worth checking out.”

“Fun, clean, good flow, many products are $5 and $4 dollars. Really have to watch the prices. Products never stick around long. When they're in the front seasonal section on the right and only a few are left, they either get moved to the back or on a table in the front, on the left at a discount price. They also have separate standing racks that are separate vendors. Not affiliated as a five below product. They are a vendor product. Will vary per store. Be careful on the purchase.”
“Every Dollar tree is different. But things are no longer just a dollar they are in a dollar and a quarter now.. sometimes they have sales. And some things are about 3 to 5 dollars now. I can say one thing this Dollar tree is always organized and stocking is always done.”
