“This is the nicest Dollar Tree I have EVER been to. The aisles and shelves are organized, there isn’t clutter preventing you from browsing. The staff obviously care about the store and it shows. I live the same distance from pretty much all the Dollar Trees in Clifton Park but will go out of my way to make this my regular store.”

“Lovely atmosphere with background music, excellent lighting, clean, safe, polite. I bought foods, furniture wheels and slidders, windshield wiper fluid, etc. Prices were reasonable. Service was great- the tram member took me to where my requested item was. The store was well organized. I enjoy shopping here. Nice, flat parking lot with lots of spaces and shopping cart availability. An enjoyable visit. The overhead messages encouraged us to buy food and coats for those who need them, and on return we could spend the same amount on other items for ourselves.”

“Love to visit this location most of the time. One thing that is consistent is the way William jumps through hoops to personally help customers. I have been the recipient of his assistance on several occasions. This last time, today, Sunday August 3, 2025, he maintained his great customer service even as his supervisor/manager spoke unprofessionally and unkindly to him. I applaud him for maintaining his professionalism, regardless of the hostile work environment!!!”
“The owner of the store gives super good customer service, I ended up buying a really high-quality jacket there at a great price. I would definitely recommend this store if you are in Albany and looking for an army navy store. They have a lot of clothing and also knives and some other accessories but I did not get a full chance to look around the store so there’s probably a lot that I did not even see. It’s not a huge place but it’s very conveniently located and definitely worth checking out.”

“Fun, clean, good flow, many products are $5 and $4 dollars. Really have to watch the prices. Products never stick around long. When they're in the front seasonal section on the right and only a few are left, they either get moved to the back or on a table in the front, on the left at a discount price. They also have separate standing racks that are separate vendors. Not affiliated as a five below product. They are a vendor product. Will vary per store. Be careful on the purchase.”

“I'm trying to dress more conservatively, so I bought three clothing items yesterday from this store which totaled to about $48. One of them fit perfectly, but the other 2 did not. “Overall, not a bad experience. Aisles a little cluttered. A few U-boats of merchandise around the store, unattended - they should be back in the stock room if no one is unloading them, to make room for the customers. I found everything I needed and then some. Friendly guy at register, although did not have a Dollar General uniform or nametag on (3/14/26 around 3 - 4 PM).”
“Came in and found what I was looking for quite easily. On my way into the door I was politely greeted by the young man at the register. He hit me with a “Good Morning Welcome In” and all I could do was smile truly helped make my already rocky morning feel a little better. As I got up to cash out the register had a line of about 6 or 7 people the young man kicked it into high gear and got everyone in line out the door within 15 minutes when it was my turn he greets me again “Hello Sir how are you today” for someone of his age to have such respect in his line of work is amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of at the register. When all was done he looked at me and said “God Bless you and Stay Safe”… absolute gentleman they have working here nowadays… definitely coming back as long as this young man works there..👍👍”
